A place for reflection, movement, creativity, and connection with nature.
Meadow Path Healing Arts & Yoga Center sits on 7.5 acres of peaceful grounds, open to the public during daylight hours. The grounds are designed to support mindful walking, quiet reflection, gentle movement, and self-directed exploration. All who come in peace are welcome.
The Meadow Path grounds are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellbeing through time spent on the land. Our meadows, trails, and natural gathering spaces are intentionally cared for to support quiet reflection, gentle movement, and meaningful connection with nature across the seasons.
Whether you arrive for a guided experience or choose to explore on your own, the land offers space to breathe, wander, and restore.

Outdoor Wellness Experiences
In addition to open exploration, Meadow Path offers outdoor wellness experiences rooted in simple, evidence-informed practices. These experiences encourage calm, presence, and connection through activities such as slow walking, sensory awareness, rest, and seasonal reflection.
Some visitors choose to explore these practices on their own, while others participate in guided outdoor experiences offered throughout the year. Together, these opportunities complement indoor classes and highlight the unique benefits of spending mindful time outdoors.
